My Gut Health Package – Basic
Comprehensive Stool Flora Analysis (DNA sequenced stool sample):
“All disease begins in the gut” – Hippocrates
Did you know that you are more likely to develop IgG and histamine food intolerances if you have a leaky or inflamed gut?
Something we generally do every day is eat food, but we are also feeding our gut bugs – bacteria, viruses and yeasts (good and bad) that make up our gut microbiome. If your gut microbiome is out of balance you are more likely to develop IgG and histamine food intolerances.
When our intestinal barrier is weakened through diet, chronic stress, sedentary lifestyle, medications and alcohol, our health suffers and we can develop leaky gut. Our immune system ramps up inflammation, setting the stage for the development of IgG food intolerances, chronic symptoms and weight gain.
A single stool sample analysed in a local Australian lab can provide a comprehensive analysis of your gut microbiome as well as identify immune and digestive markers that may be causing inflammation and IgG reactions. It will assess microbial targets as well as immune and digestive markers. It screens for pathogenic bacteria, commensal bacteria, opportunistic pathogens, yeast (eg candida overgrowth), viruses, and parasites.
By combining the ImuPro test with the Comprehensive Stool Flora Analysis you can pinpoint your trigger foods, target your treatment and improve your health.
Common symptoms of a compromised intestinal environment often overlap with those of IgG food or histamine intolerance.
Why should you consider a Comprehensive Stool Flora Analysis?
Common symptoms of a compromised intestinal environment often overlap with those of IgG food or histamine intolerance: Generalised poor health may all be caused by gastrointestinal dysfunction
- Abdominal cramps or pain
- leaky gut symptoms
ImuPro Basic Food Intolerance Test (IgG Blood Test)
One of our comprehensive test panels for type 3 food allergy or food intolerance. Your blood serum will be analysed against 90 common trigger foods to determine precisely which individual foods could be contributing to low grade inflammation and fueling your uncomfortable symptoms.
A specialised laboratory performs a reliable diagnostic test (ELISA) to measure IgG antibodies to 90 foods in your blood. Based on the results of the antibody titre, the foodstuffs are then categorized into three groups:
- Not elevated
- Highly elevated
You can always upgrade to the ImuPro Complete 270 foods within 6 weeks of testing if you would like to find out more! A special upgrade price will be provided to you while we still have your sample in storage.
Commonly known as food intolerances, delayed IgG food allergies can develop from monotonous consumption of certain foods and lifestyle factors which reduce the integrity of the gut barrier. Under these conditions, undigested food proteins can slip between the intestinal cells and trigger the immune system to produce specific IgG antibodies against them. Due to the delayed nature of IgG food intolerances, it is very difficult to identify the culprits without testing. This eventually can lead to low-grade and chronic inflammatory conditions.
Symptoms can occur up to 3 days after consumption of the trigger food, making the culprits extremely difficult to identify.
