Your step-by-step guide to taking the ImuPro test

The ImuPro test is available in all parts of Australia and New Zealand. Contact us to get started.

For Australian Patients:

  1. Once you have placed an order online or contacted us to get started, we will contact you within the next business day.
  2. You will be sent a Patient Kit pack (via email or post) including the required paperwork for you to proceed with testing
  3. Included with the paperwork will be a Request Form for your nearest Pathology (blood testing) lab, where you will have a small sample of blood taken.
  4. The Pathology lab will prepare your blood sample so that it is stable and return it to you in a gel tube so that you can then provide it to us.
  5. Send your blood sample to us in an Express Post bag.
  6. We courier your blood sample to the ImuPro labs in Germany for testing. Your results, accompanying materials and any dietary recommendations will be sent to you within 14 days.
  7. Our customer care team are always available for follow up if you have any questions about your new dietary recommendations.

For New Zealand Patients:

  1. Once you have placed an order online or contacted us to get started, we will contact you within the next business day.
  2. You will be sent a Patient Kit with all of the FedEx paperwork you will need to proceed with testing. You will be sending your blood sample on to our labs in Germany for testing using our FedEx service.
  3. Also included in your Kit will be a Request Form for your nearest Pathology lab. You will just need to take this form with you to a nearby collection centre to have a small sample of blood taken.
  4. Pathology will prepare your blood sample so that it is stable and once this has been done you can place your FedEx courier order using our prepaid service.
  5. FedEx will collect your blood sample and it will be delivered to our diagnostic labs in Germany for testing.
  6. Your results, accompanying materials and any dietary recommendations will be sent to you within 14 days (by email or registered post).
  7. Our customer care team are always available for follow up if you have any questions about your new dietary recommendations.
