ImuPro Australia & New Zealand Order Processes for website purchases

For Australian Patients:

1. Once you have placed an order, a member of the ImuPro team will contact you within the next business day.
2. You will be sent, either by email or post according to preference, the required paperwork for you to proceed with testing
3. Included with the paperwork will be a Request Form for your nearest Pathology lab.  You will just need to take this form with you to a nearby collection centre to have a small sample of blood taken.
4. Pathology will prepare your blood sample so that it is stable, and it will be returned to you in a gel tube so that you can then provide it to us
5. Purchase an Express Post bag from Australia Post to send us your blood sample.  We will receive it over night.
6. Your blood sample will be couriered to the ImuPro labs in Germany for testing.  Your results and accompanying booklets will be sent to you within 10-14 days.
7. Our customer care team are always available for follow up if you have any questions about your new diet!

For New Zealand Patients:

1. Once you have placed an order, a member of the ImuPro team will contact you within the next business day.
2. You will be sent by post a Patient Kit pack with all of the paperwork you will need to proceed with testing.
   (included in your Kit will be a padded FedEx bag, prepaid Airway Bill, biological declaration and important shipping documentation for the return FedEx courier.)
3. Also included in your Kit will be a Request Form for your nearest Pathology lab. You will just need to take this form with you to a nearby collection centre to have a small sample of blood taken.
4. Pathology will prepare your blood sample so that it is stable.
5. FedEx will then collect your blood sample and it will be delivered to us as a priority.
6. Your blood sample will be couriered to the ImuPro labs in Germany for testing.  Your results and accompanying booklets will be sent to you within 10-14 days.
7. Our customer care team are always available for follow up if you have any questions about your new diet!
