You are not alone - as you can see here!
Below are a number of case studies, which provide an
interesting overview of the results
achieved through ImuPro. The majority of the patients
in the case studies
had suffered from their ailments
for a number of years before deciding to try the ImuPro300 test. Now lets
look at the results.
Michelle McLean is a 27 year old mother
with one child. She had suffered from constant bloating
after eating, and a general feeling
of tiredness. Although Michelle was told that it was probably
her busy lifestyle that would contribute to her lack of
energy she always felt that her food and diet must somehow
be a contributing factor.
Michelle followed a fairly healthy eating plan having
oats or muesli with milk everyday followed by a piece
of toast. She would often have a salad for lunch and some
fruit and a few nuts for an afternoon snack. Dinner was
always healthy and included meat or fish with vegetables.
Michelle would feel lethargic a few hours after eating
and told us she always had gastro intestinal symptoms.
Her results showed a strong intolerance to cows milk
and all the gluten grains. She also found that she could
not tolerate almonds or egg white or brussel sprouts.
Michelle immediately changed her
breakfast to include Rice Milk
or Soy Milk and then would rotate her breakfast to include
fruits, corn products,
and gluten free cereals with apple juice and sheep’s
milk yoghurt.
After one week Michelle couldn’t believe the change
in her body and how much more energetic
she felt. Her bloating and gastro symptoms had all but
disappeared. Michelle says after 3 months she feels fantastic
and looking forward to having another baby in the future!
Vivienne
Lowther is 58 years
old, lives in Auckland, New Zealand.
For years she has suffered from fibromyalgia, migraine
headaches, muscular pain and bloating. There was no medication
that Vivienne was able to respond to and gradually her
symptoms were getting worse. Her doctors described her
condition as a result of depression.
After doing the ImuPro300 test Vivienne found that she
reacted to 45 different foods. She started by keeping
a food diary and after 1 week noticed a significant improvement
in her pain level and recurrence of migraines.
She found the rotation diet difficult
to adhere to at first and by the 3rd week found herself
straying to some of the comfort foods she has a reaction
to. It wasn’t long and her symptoms of back and
joint pain, tiredness, headache and constipation returned.
Vivienne finally decided to heed her own warnings of
what she had learnt and decided to seriously commit to
her dietary recommendations. Her symptoms have drastically
reduced and she now describes her pain level as being
reduced from 9 to 4.
Julie is 47 years old and works in fashion product
development. She had put on a few extra kilos since the
birth of her daughter, four years ago, and had gone from
a size 8-10 to a size 12. She eats out regularly and
had noticed that after doing so she often felt bloated
and unwell the following morning but couldn’t put
her finger on the cause. Julie took the ImuPro300 test
hoping to get some answers; she received her results,
which detailed that she had 29 intolerances, including
dairy, wheat, gluten, egg white and almonds. Julie now
no longer feels unwell after eating out and is down from
a size 12 to a size 8-10. Needless to say she’s
very happy with the results. She has told us that soy
ice-cream is quite tasty and that she’s been pleasantly
surprised by the range of wheat, dairy and egg free products
available in the supermarket.
 Nik
Apostolou-From Melbourne tells us he has
suffered severe diarrhoea attacks
for the last 6 years. Although
he thought it must have been
something he was eating he was
never sure of the offending food.
He would wake up bloated in the morning and attributed
that to just overeating. Even when Nik cut down on his
food intake he found the same symptoms. Nik then went
to his doctor and was referred to a gastroenterologist.
He undertook several tests including a colonoscopy. Nik
was diagnosed with Diverticulitis. He was then referred
to a dietician who recommended he cut out gluten. Nik
tried this for 10 weeks and found no relief.
Nik
then went about doing his own research and found ImuPro300.
When his results came
back he found that he had intolerance
to 30 foods.
After
the first week of the rotation and elimination diet he was symptom
free but thought it could be just luck. He continued on for
another 2 weeks and then decided to challenge the diet and found
his symptoms reappear. It was then that he adhered to the rotation
plan and ate only what he could.
Nik
to date lost 6 kilos which he says is a combination of food
rotation and exercise. He is a very happy man!
He has now been
on it for 6 months and has also lost 10 kilos which is also
a result of a combination of food rotation and
exercise.
